Mental health matters suicide prevention event

Video of Speaker Maranda Evans as she speaks on the "Why, Signs, and Prevention of Suicide" at a Mental Health Matters event in Opelousas, Louisiana.

Words can't explain the joy in my heart after today. Traveling to my roots and home to my grandmother and ancestors to speak about mental health and suicide prevention on #NationalSuicidePreventionDay was a blessing. To the residents of Palmetto, Louisiana and surrounding areas thank you for your hospitality and allowing me to share not only my experience but "The Whys, The Signs, and The Prevention" of mental illness/suicide. Until next time! πŸ˜β€οΈπŸ˜˜πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜
